Open Play & Celebration Policies
Open Play
Admission & Payment:
Open play admission must be paid in full upon arrival. All sales are final.
Cancellations & Refunds:
We completely understand that things come up- kids get sick, plans change, and schedules get busy.
All open play purchases are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend your scheduled session, we may allow a one-time transfer to another open play date with advance notice, subject to availability.
If you have an extenuating circumstance, please reach out to thespacebysow@gmail.com, and we will review requests on a case-by-case basis.
If The Space by SOW is closed due to inclement weather, your scheduled session will be refunded.
Supervision:
All children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.
Health & Safety:
For the safety of all guests, children who are sick or showing symptoms of illness should not attend open play.
Capacity:
Open play may be limited based on capacity. We recommend reserving your spot in advance when applicable.
Respectful Play:
We strive to maintain a safe and welcoming environment. Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in removal without refund.
By participating in open play, you agree to these terms.
Celebrations
Deposit:
A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total event cost is required at the time of booking to secure your date and time.
Final Payment:
The remaining balance is due 1 week (7 days) prior to your scheduled event date. Failure to submit payment by this time may result in cancellation of your reservation.
Cancellations & Rescheduling:
14–30 days before your event: You may reschedule your event one time to a future available date. No refunds will be issued.
Less than 14 days before your event: No refunds or rescheduling will be permitted.
Additional Terms:
All deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Rescheduled events must take place within a reasonable timeframe (within 6–12 months) and are subject to availability.
