Spa Day with Creative Kids CT

Join Creative Kids CT at the space for a spa day- including spa headbands, face masks, fizzy bath play dough- and then play on Saturday, September 26th from 10am-11:30am. This class is recommended for ages 2-6, but all ages are welcome.

Acknowledgment of Risk

I understand that participation in activities at this sensory play space includes, but is not limited to: slime making, sand play, sensory bins, water play, small manipulatives, movement, and active play. I acknowledge that these activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to: slips, trips, and falls, contact with other children, choking hazards, allergic reactions, and exposure to wet or messy surfaces. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.
