Weekday Open Play

Cancellation Policy

Admission & Payment: Open play admission must be paid in full upon arrival. All sales are final. Cancellations & Refunds: We completely understand that things come up- kids get sick, plans change, and schedules get busy. All open play purchases are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend your scheduled session, we may allow a one-time transfer to another open play date with advance notice, subject to availability. If you have an extenuating circumstance, please reach out to thespacebysow@gmail.com, and we will review requests on a case-by-case basis. If The Space by SOW is closed due to inclement weather, your scheduled session will be refunded. Supervision: All children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times. Health & Safety: For the safety of all guests, children who are sick or showing symptoms of illness should not attend open play. Capacity: Open play may be limited based on capacity. We recommend reserving your spot in advance when applicable.
